It’s easy.

1. Request an appointment.

2. 2. You will receive an automatic email to confirm your appointment, and if we need more information we will email you with questions. We might need to know things like the model of bike, the tire size or the number of gears, in order to guarantee that we can come prepared to fix it.

3. 3. We ride over and fix your bike, in your backyard, garage or on the sidewalk, or if your bike is at work we can set up in the parking lot, anywhere there’s space! Working outdoors, we’re always at the mercy of the weather so in the case of heavy rain we might need to reschedule the appointment.

4. 4. The most important step: you go ride your bike! We stand by the quality of our services so if anything goes wrong just give us a shout and we’ll make it right.
